How are You Going Green?

We base our baking on sustainable harvest priciples of sourcing our ingredients locally, baking without preservatives and therefore becoming Slow Food ambassadors.

We also want people to be exposed to good old fashioned sourdough bread, and bread that is art in itself - we forget this when we can buy pre-baked and sliced and packaged bread; bread that lasts for weeks without growning mouldy and old (due to preservatives).

And by making the bread beautiful we encourage people to BEE in the present moment, to simply be in the space that you are when eating the bread, instead of worrrying about the past or planning for the future. We encourage appreciation of food.
