My business provides graphic design and creative services for small and mid-sized firms. All projects are sent to clients and reviewed through e-mail, using PDFs rather than mailed documents. I encourage clients to send e-mails and PDFs instead of printed pieces to their own clients; if they must print, I provide them with options for recycled paper and soy inks.
